Can we place an order by phone or email?

Furniture interests you but you can not move in the store? Contact us by phone and email and we will gladly give you an estimate of the costs to make the shipment to your home.
Is the complete inventory available on the website?

No, our inventory is not full on the website. Besides all the items available on our website, we have a great selection that you can see in person.
Is it possible to place an order online?

Although it is not possible to buy an item directly from the website, you can contact us by phone or email. If you are interested in a piece of furniture and it is impossible for you to come in store. Charges for shipping areapplicable for delivery. Nevertheless, the ideal is to come in person to see the item you want.
Is it possible to make custom cabinetry?

It is possible to order a custom made furniture according to your demand. Contact us to give us your specifications.
Can custom packing be done?

Our Standard packing consists of corrugated roll. We also pack as per the specification of our clients. In such cases any additional cost such as special corrugated corners, cartons etc is borne by the clients.
What type of finishing do you have?

• Lacquer, a type of finishing process using shellac applied with manual paint brush. • Wax, a type of finishing process using wood stain applied with manual paint brush. • NC Spray, a type of finishing process using Nitro Cellulose material applied with sprayer. • Paint, a type of finishing process using paints. That can be done in both way of manual paint brush or sprayer.
If the color of furniture does not suit me, is it possible to do dye a different color?

It is possible in some cases to dye a piece of furniture of a different color. Just give us your project and we will be happy to confirm with you the opportunity to do so.
Adherence to Environmental Policy?

At F5 Handicrafts, all the wood is sourced only through licensed wood dealers. India has one of the strictest forestry policies around & there are huge re-planting schemes. At F5 Handicrafts we are committed to ensure that no further damage is caused for our planet’s natural forests.
